As a master-planned
community developed entirely by the Irvine Company,
Newport Coast was built around the concept of natural
open space, with nearly three quarters of the land
reserved to parks, golf courses and other recreational
areas. In 2001 this prestigious city was incorporated
into the neighboring Newport Beach but continues to be a
