Located in south Orange County, California, Newport Coast is approximately half-way between Los Angeles and San Diego, and is bordered by Laguna Beach, Corona del Mar and Irvine.

As a master-planned community developed entirely by the Irvine Company, Newport Coast was built around the concept of natural open space, with nearly three quarters of the land reserved to parks, golf courses and other recreational areas.
